Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Simsfeed, including our website, applications, community features, paid services, and related functionality. By accessing or using Simsfeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You may use Simsfeed only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and your use of the service is permitted under applicable law. If you access age-restricted or adult content, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and that any age-related confirmations you provide are accurate.
2. Your account
Certain features of Simsfeed require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for the accuracy of information you submit in connection with your account, and for activity occurring under your account where such activity results from your acts or omissions.
If you choose to delete your account, the deletion is permanent. Deleting your account removes your profile and triggers deletion of account-linked content and records associated through our platform data model, including posts, collections, profile materials, and related account content that depends on your account record to exist.
3. Community use and acceptable conduct
You agree to use Simsfeed only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the integrity of the platform and the safety of the community. You may not use the service to engage in abuse, harassment, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malicious interference, unlawful distribution of material, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
4. User content
Simsfeed allows users to publish and submit content, including posts, downloads, comments, asks, collections, profile materials, images, and other media or text. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload, publish, distribute, or otherwise make that content available through the service.
5. License to operate the service
To the extent necessary to operate, display, host, store, format, reproduce, process, and distribute content through Simsfeed, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to use the content you submit solely in connection with providing and improving the service, subject to your settings and these Terms.
6. Intellectual property and infringement
You may not upload, share, sell, distribute, or otherwise make available content that infringes another party's intellectual property or other rights. Simsfeed may provide reporting channels for infringement, abuse, and related concerns. We reserve the right to investigate complaints and remove, restrict, or disable access to content where appropriate.
Simsfeed operates as a social platform and content indexer. In the context of custom content, mods, and related creations, Simsfeed may display posts, previews, references, and outbound links that direct users to original creators or external destination sites. We do not claim ownership over third-party custom content files, and we do not represent that such content is owned by Simsfeed merely because it is referenced, previewed, or linked through the service.
All hosted images, previews, and user-submitted materials remain the responsibility of the user or rights holder who made them available, and all copyrights remain with their respective owners. Simsfeed does not intend to infringe copyright or other proprietary rights. If you believe content published through Simsfeed infringes your rights and you wish to request review or removal, please use the post-level reporting flow available through Options -> Report on the relevant post so that we can review the matter and contact the appropriate parties where necessary.
7. Content moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove, limit, age-gate, de-rank, disable access to, or otherwise moderate content or accounts where we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, address legal or safety risks, protect platform integrity, or comply with applicable law. We are not obligated to host, preserve, or publish any particular content.
8. Adult and sensitive content
Certain features may allow content intended for adults or otherwise sensitive audiences. You are responsible for accurately marking content where required and for complying with applicable age-related restrictions. Simsfeed may use preference controls, gating, and visibility restrictions to limit access to such material.
9. Paid services and purchases
Simsfeed may offer paid features, subscriptions, boosts, shop items, decorative profile items, and other digital products, including the Simsfeed Pro plan. Payments are processed through Stripe. Simsfeed does not store full payment card details. We rely on limited payment and billing information returned by Stripe to confirm payment, activate entitlements, maintain records, and handle support or refund requests. Pricing, billing frequency, entitlement scope, and other purchase details may vary by product. Your access to paid features may depend on successful payment processing and ongoing compliance with these Terms.
If you purchase a recurring Pro subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the applicable billing flow made available to you. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but it will not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already processed, except where required by law or expressly provided in our refund policy below.
Refund requests for eligible purchases must be submitted to refund@simsfeed.com within 7 days of purchase and must include your username, purchase details, and the item or plan purchased. Refunds are only available where the applicable item or plan has not been used during that period. Approved refunds are not instant and may take up to 7 days to be processed.
We reserve the right to add, remove, modify, rebalance, correct, or discontinue features, benefits, or limitations associated with Simsfeed Pro at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to edit, correct, update, or adjust decorative profile items and other store items made available through Simsfeed where we consider it necessary for quality, consistency, maintenance, compliance, or platform integrity.
Purchased items, gifted items, subscriptions, and other digital entitlements are account-linked rights. If you delete your account, you permanently lose access to those items and entitlements on Simsfeed. Deleting the account ends any ownership or access right tied to that account, and this loss is permanent.
10. Third-party services and links
Simsfeed may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payments, and other operational functions. The service may also contain links or user submissions referencing third-party sites or resources. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies except as required by applicable law.
Where Simsfeed links to external pages, creator pages, or download destinations, those external links are provided for navigation and discovery purposes only. Simsfeed is not responsible for broken links, unavailable pages, external content changes, or the safety, legality, accuracy, or security of third-party sites. You access external sites and resources at your own risk, and you are responsible for evaluating whether a destination is safe and appropriate before interacting with it or downloading any material.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Simsfeed, in whole or in part, with or without notice where we reasonably believe such action is necessary to enforce these Terms, address abuse or security concerns, comply with legal obligations, or protect the platform, its users, or third parties.
12. Disclaimers
Simsfeed is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that user-generated content will be accurate, lawful, available, or complete.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simsfeed and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, profits, or business opportunity arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
14. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Simsfeed at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date shown on this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
